By accessing or using SendAm, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or its tools.

SendAm may update these Terms as the product develops. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

SendAm provides tools that help users draft messages, captions, replies, emails, bios, hooks, and other written content. The tools are designed for everyday Nigerian communication, business messages, social content, career writing, and practical message drafting.

Some tools use artificial intelligence to generate text based on the details you provide. Generated content should be treated as a draft, not as final professional, legal, financial, medical, employment, or business advice.

SendAm provides public tool pages, AI-generated drafts, copy actions, local browser persistence, support/legal pages, and a newsletter signup form.

SendAm does not currently provide user accounts, cloud-saved generation history, team workspaces, payments, subscriptions, admin dashboards, or a database-backed saved-history feature.

If these features are added later, additional terms may apply. We may update these Terms or provide separate terms for those features.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any generated output before sending, publishing, or relying on it.

You should check names, prices, dates, delivery details, payment instructions, job information, brand claims, relationship context, and any personal or business details before using a generated draft.

SendAm does not guarantee that a generated message will produce a sale, job offer, apology acceptance, relationship outcome, social media result, or any other specific result.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable, too formal, too casual, or inappropriate for your exact situation.

If a situation is sensitive, legal, financial, medical, employment-related, contractual, or high-risk, you should seek appropriate professional advice instead of relying only on SendAm.

You agree not to use SendAm to create, request, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, deceptive, defamatory, fraudulent, exploitative, or invasive of another person's privacy.

You should not use SendAm to impersonate others, mislead customers, create scams, manipulate people, send spam, generate phishing messages, or violate the rights of another person or business.

You should not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, abuse AI credits, attack, or disrupt SendAm or its service providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter, use, and share any information you provide to SendAm.

Avoid entering sensitive information such as passwords, bank details, card details, government ID numbers, confidential business secrets, private health information, or personal data about another person unless it is necessary and you have the right to use it.

If you subscribe to SendAm Weekly, you agree to receive newsletter emails such as writing tips, message templates, product updates, and related SendAm content.

You can unsubscribe using the link or method provided in newsletter emails. Newsletter delivery is handled through MailerLite.

SendAm may rely on third-party providers for hosting, AI generation, email delivery, monitoring, and other operational needs. Current services include Vercel for hosting, OpenRouter for AI generation, and MailerLite for newsletter signup.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, limits, and processing practices. SendAm is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

SendAm may later add accounts, saved history, favourites, credits, paid plans, subscriptions, payment processing, or admin tools. Those features are not part of the current service unless they are clearly shown on the website.

If paid features are introduced, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing terms will be shown before users pay.

The SendAm name, website design, interface, tool structure, written content, code, and product materials belong to SendAm or its owners unless otherwise stated.

You may use generated drafts for your own personal or business communication, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

You may not copy, clone, scrape, resell, or reproduce the SendAm platform itself without permission.

SendAm may change, pause, remove, limit, or update tools, features, content, models, providers, pricing, or availability at any time.

We aim to provide a useful service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability, or that a specific AI model or provider will always be available.

SendAm may apply rate limits, cooldowns, provider limits, blocking, monitoring, or other safeguards to protect the service from abuse and manage AI usage costs.

We may restrict or block access if we believe the service is being misused, attacked, automated in a harmful way, or used in violation of these Terms.

SendAm is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The tools are writing assistants and do not replace your judgement, professional advice, customer service process, legal review, financial review, or business decision-making.

SendAm does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, original, legally compliant, accepted by recipients, or suitable for every situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SendAm and its owners will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business-loss damages arising from your use of the service.

You are responsible for how you use generated drafts and for any consequences of sending, publishing, editing, or relying on them.

These Terms are intended to be interpreted under the laws that apply to SendAm's operation and users. Where SendAm operates from Nigeria or primarily serves Nigerian users, Nigerian law and relevant data protection requirements may apply.
