SendAm helps people create message drafts, captions, replies, emails, brand bios, hooks, and other writing outputs. Some tools use AI to generate text from the details you provide.

SendAm does not currently provide user accounts, saved cloud history, payments, or a database-backed dashboard. If those features are added later, we may update this policy or provide additional notices for those features.

SendAm is designed with Nigerian users and everyday Nigerian communication in mind. We aim to handle personal information in a clear, fair, and responsible way, taking into account applicable privacy principles including the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 where relevant.

Tool inputs: when you use a generator, you may type customer messages, product details, relationship context, job information, captions, business descriptions, or other text needed to create a draft.

Newsletter information: if you subscribe to SendAm Weekly, your email address is submitted to MailerLite so newsletter subscriptions and confirmations can be managed.

Contact information: if you contact SendAm, you may provide your name, email address, message, and any details needed to answer your request.

You should avoid entering passwords, bank details, card details, government ID numbers, private health information, confidential business secrets, or highly sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and you have the right to use it.

SendAm may receive basic technical information when you visit the website, such as your browser, device type, pages visited, approximate request location, timestamps, and error information. Hosting providers normally process this information to serve and protect websites.

SendAm uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, such as pages visited, clicks, scrolling, session interactions, browser/device information, and general usage patterns. This helps us find confusing areas and improve the product experience.

The app also uses browser localStorage to keep some generator inputs and generated outputs on your own device. This helps your draft survive a page refresh. LocalStorage is not the same as an account or cloud save; if you clear browser data or use another device, that local draft may not be available.

SendAm does not currently use advertising trackers or a database to store your generation history.

When you click a generate button, SendAm sends the relevant tool name, selected tone, and the details you typed to our internal API route. The browser does not call the AI provider directly and does not receive the provider API key.

The internal API route sends the prompt to OpenRouter, which routes the request to the selected AI model. OpenRouter returns generated draft options to SendAm, and SendAm displays them in your browser.

Generated outputs are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and checking them before sending, publishing, or relying on them.

To provide the service: we use tool inputs to generate replies, captions, emails, bios, hooks, and other writing drafts.

To improve SendAm: we may use non-sensitive feedback, error patterns, and general product usage observations to improve tool design, prompts, reliability, and user experience.

To communicate with you: if you subscribe or contact us, we may use your email address to send newsletter content, respond to support requests, or share relevant product updates.

To protect the service: we may use request information to limit abuse, detect spam, troubleshoot errors, and protect paid AI usage from repeated automated requests.

Vercel: SendAm may be hosted on Vercel, which may process hosting logs, request metadata, and deployment-related data needed to serve the website.

OpenRouter: SendAm uses OpenRouter for AI generation. The text you submit for generation may be sent to OpenRouter so the selected AI model can create output.

MailerLite: SendAm Weekly newsletter signup uses MailerLite. If you subscribe, your email address and subscription status are handled by MailerLite.

Microsoft Clarity: SendAm uses Microsoft Clarity for website analytics and user experience insights, including clicks, scrolling, page interactions, device/browser information, and session behavior.

These providers have their own privacy and security practices. SendAm uses these providers only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, SendAm may process information based on consent, performance of a service you requested, legitimate interests such as improving and securing the website, or compliance with legal obligations.

Newsletter subscription is optional. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link provided in newsletter emails or any other unsubscribe method made available by the email provider.

SendAm currently uses localStorage for convenience on tool pages. This stores form values and generated draft results in your browser so you do not immediately lose work after refreshing the page.

LocalStorage remains on the device/browser unless you clear it or the app changes how local drafts are stored. Avoid using shared devices for sensitive drafts.

Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar technologies to provide analytics and session insights. SendAm uses this to understand product usage, not to provide user accounts or save generation history.

If advertising, login sessions, or additional cookie-based preferences are added later, we may update this policy to explain what is used and why.

Local generator drafts are currently retained in your own browser localStorage until you clear browser data or overwrite them by using the tool again.

Newsletter subscription information is retained by MailerLite until you unsubscribe or it is deleted according to MailerLite and SendAm settings.

Hosting, analytics, and AI provider logs may be retained by the relevant providers according to their own policies and account settings.

SendAm keeps AI provider keys on the server and does not expose them to browser JavaScript. The app also includes basic generation rate limiting and cooldowns to reduce abuse.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information and should check generated messages carefully before sharing them.

You can choose not to submit a prompt, not to subscribe to the newsletter, clear localStorage in your browser, unsubscribe from emails, or contact SendAm about privacy questions.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your personal data is processed.

Privacy requests can be sent through the Contact page or any official support channel listed on the website.

SendAm is not designed for children. Users who are under the age required by applicable law should not use SendAm without appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Some service providers may process information outside your country. For example, hosting, AI generation, and newsletter services may operate across different regions.

Where international processing applies, SendAm aims to use reputable service providers and appropriate safeguards for the service being provided.

SendAm may update this Privacy Policy as the product develops, especially if accounts, saved history, analytics, payments, admin tools, additional AI providers, or database features are introduced.
